We had a perfect Honeymoon in this Hotel. We booked the Room with private Pool and it was amazing. The service Staff is very friendly and the food is nice. We only missed a Roomservice for the All Inclusive Drinks, but thats nothing big. We will come back :) Greetings from Mr and Mrs Gilbert
This was our fourth stay at a Blue Lagoon hotel and our first at the Ocean. Unfortunately, an issue with a restaurant staff member was handled so poorly and unprofessionally that we’ve decided not to book with the Blue Lagoon Group again. I initially raised the matter directly and in good faith with the hotel’s manager, but was more or less made to feel as if I wasn’t telling the truth — a very disappointing and unprofessional reaction. Overall, our stay was underwhelming: there’s a constant humming noise in the room and early morning disturbances from hotel staff, making it hard to relax or sleep in. On the positive side, the housekeeping was excellent and the bathroom with the walk-in shower was very nice. But overall, communication from management was poor, and we cannot recommend this hotel.
Very nice place. The staff cannot help enough and I dont think I've been to a cleaner hotel. It's a little bit out of the way but is easy enough to get a bus/taxi into Kos old town. Food is also very good.
Wow what can I say about this hotel other than fantastic. The staff, the room, the incredible selection of food are all perfect. In the 10 days myself and my wife Linda thoroughly enjoyed this amazing experience. There are to many people to thank for making our stay all the more amazing. We have already re-booked for 2026 and we can't wait. I would highly recommend this hotel. Thank you.
We were checked in quickly and were able to enjoy the buffet restaurant for lunch after our morning of travel. The food options at the buffet are great and the fact that there's a theme every night means there's always variety! The room was lovely and we had a great view of the gardens. My only issue was that the pool was absolutely freezing and meant that I did not get anywhere near as much swimming in as I wanted.
